Cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. Friendliness of the catering staff. To get from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, apart from the taxi option (about 40/45 euros one way) and rental car, two most direct options would be - Airport bus Doublin Coach 750 (to be taken in zone 16 of the airport): 7 euros/pers. Drop you off at Park West and take a taxi to the hotel, will cost you about £10. Airport bus 747 to Heuston Station (£7/pers) and taxi (£15/pers) or this same bus with a stop in the centre and then bus 79A (£3/pers) to the hotel, option is best to check the timetable of the 79A which is not very frequent. If you are 4 people it is worth the hotel (as it is quiet) and pay taxi between all of them. It is similar to the city bus. hotel in the center can mean not having a good rest due to the large amount of tourists.
Definitely the location. It is said to be well communicated but it is false. The train doesn't go downtown. The bus, 79A, passes whenever it feels like it and infrequently. Ideally, you should get off the APP Dublin Bus to find out its schedule in real time. At the end we moved by taxi. By the way, cheaper taxis than uber ones. If you can share taxi expenses you can rent one, if you travel with your partner not so much. I would return to the hotel being 4 or more to rent the displacements.

Very comfortable beds, very good pillows. Cleaning very well, although I missed some kind of amenities such as comb, shower cap, etc. There was only hand soap and shampoo gel, plus disposable cups. The location is very good, because although it is located in a Business Park, it has a bus stop at the door and a train stop 3 minutes walk away.
We were made to pay on arrival, rather than on departure, as is often the case in some accommodations. They had got confused and an extra bed was missing in the room, so we had to wait for them to put it in and it was a bit late. But they did it quite quickly. The breakfast buffet was quite good, although they did not replace the cut fruit that was there, and you could see that it was missing as the days went by, so that the last day of our stay was barely left. The waffle machine, for the weekend, which was reserved for groups, was taken from the buffet. And the croissants, while the groups were there, were not taken out, so if you had breakfast at the same time as them, you could not eat them.

room and bathroom were very clean, plenty of soap and shower gel. Bed also very comfortable
Very dissapointed that the bar was not open when we returned to hotel at midnight. We were offered bottles but when we asked for a very popular drink it turned out that the fridge was locked. It's a bit crazy that we couldn't get a couple of brandies seeing as we had returned from town "early". We feel you need to get your licencing sorted out or at least be more forthright in your hotel information booklet in the bedrooms about the bar facilities for guests
